OK for anyone who is thinks "hurrdurr prison should be like this everywhere because of less repeat offenders" consider the following: Suppose your child was murdered by someone, would you rather pay taxes for their nice college dorm-like prison with a nice tv and nice bed or would you rather know that he/she is regretting the decision he/she made to kill your child and is suffering in prison for it. These people are in prison for punishment, not for finding help.

Before you disagree with me and bombard me with red thumbs, ask yourself, would you rather see your tax money used on building safer roads, bridges, more teachers, more firefighters, and more officers, or would you rather spend that money on better living conditions for prisoners...
