Well, Actually, the name is made up of three words just put together: "Eyja" Which means Island, "Fjalla" which means Mountain, and "Jökull" Which means Glacier. So it's pretty much the Lonely Mountain from Lord of the Rings.

The answer would be Hafnarfjörður, but since that isn't technically a city, it's Reykjavík.
Reykjavík is the only city in Iceland.
