here, sin is being called "human nature" something that God didn't intend for man kind. so Satan introduced "human nature" . . . and hes now a good guy for accepting his added fault. and God is somehow the bad guy for having complete control and power over his own creation? God made us. dont get but hurt if he decides to take 2.3 million of us along the way... ALSO had satan not introduced sin into the world. man kind would not have ever resorted to killing each other. so i think its safe to say that he is responsible for far more than 10 deaths.
