Well, i think it all really boils down to your intention. If you like her as a person and have genuine feelings for her, i guess it would be okay, but still borderline offensive (I'd recommend doing it in private), but if you just want to bang her you're a weaponsgrade douchebag.

It's a blurry line, but that's my take on it.
