I swear if I were the President or the Governor I would send the National Guard to arrest them. I'd make up a reason if I had to.

Just because you disagree with them doesn't mean their right to free speech should be revoked

There is a reason that the law is enforced by human beings. It should be left up to us to determine what is fair and what isn't on a case by case basis. We don't have to allow ******** like them to take advantage of laws that were intended to protect people's rights. And btw, free speech only applies as long as you're not hurting anyone. Harassing people while they mourn their dead children at a funeral does not fall under free speech in my book.

No, it doesn't. Taking away free speech would make you just as corrupt as some presidents/governors/peopleofthelaw in general.

You do understand that the funeral home and the lot where they bury them is still private property. My friend works at a funeral home and it is easy for them to say they are not allowed on the property. Freedom of speech is already being taken away from us. So is "peaceful assembly". You ever heard of Occupy Wallstreet? The cops say they must disperse, yet they cannot do the same at a funeral? Please. Your rights are being taken away. Might as well take away these f*ckers rights too.

So what your solution to the loss of the general persons rights is to take away even more peoples right. Sounds.. interesting

Never said I had an idea. I was stating facts. Why are we being bias and allowing our rights to be taken away in other situations, but stand by WBC and say "they have rights". Pft. Our rights are being taken away daily in the thousands. For example, if you go to court and plead "no contest", you are basically saying you are "guilty" and before they drop their sentence, the judge strips you of all your constitutional rights and you have to agree before you can plead "no contest". You heard of all the "checkpoints" 50-100 miles inland from Mexico? You have to state if you are a U.S. citizen. Again taking away your right to freely travel in the U.S. as a U.S. citizen when you stop and state you are a U.S. citizen. Now they are working on "trying" to take away our right to bear arms. Governor Jerry Brown already took away the right to open carry a handgun in California. Our 8th amendment of excessive bail, excessive fines imposed or unusual punishments inflicted are also being taken away from us. So I will not watch our rights being taken away on a daily basis and then see people defend WBC and say they have rights. That's called being a hiprocrit.

Why should they get special treatment? they're worse than the ******* rapists. they already be rapin everyones funerals with their "thank god for dead soldiers" picket signs. they are NOT a group of peaceful protest. they are a group with a deep seeded hate and need to be recognized as such. my family (not me) are devout christians and they're all convinced that westboro are acting under the guise of the devil (which means that us non religious folk aren't the only type of people that hate their guts)
