Christ you people are like fucking babies. If I had a dollar for every post I saw of someone doing something cool, with a mac in the scene, and everyone in the comments is just focused on how gay the guy in the pic is for using a mac, I'd have enough money to buy a fucking mac.

Oh, great, the thread where everyone hates on everyone elses headphones. Especially if they're Beats or Skullcandy.
I'm a sound engineer, and I use beats for just about everything because they have a nice, clean sound and I can spot small details with them. I even have a pair of Beats earbuds just to use for my iPod or my laptop. And they work fine.
So why the hate?
Because they're expensive?
Price should not be a viable reason for hate. You should hate the product, not the price. Plus, they're expensive because of the Celebrity endorsement: Their called Beats by DRE. When's the last time a rapper made something that wasn't expensive?
Because douchebags wear them?
Douchebags use regular earbuds too, no one complains about that.
Because they're "Look-how-much-money-I-have" headphones?
Or, maybe, just maybe, People wear them because they're good headphones, and not everyone wants to show off their money because not everyone's a narcissist.
