Not black cabs, black cabs are driven by white people, the phone up taxis are the ones that are driven by foreigners.

The black cabs near me are mainly arabs, but yes, the phone up ones are pretty much 100% foreign.

i find stereotypes highly amusing but they're not always correct. i live in barnsley, and i have only had maybe two foreign taxi drivers EVER. I guess that's just barnsley though, it is a mostly white middle/working class area :P also we don't do well at making foreigners feel welcome (everyone's incredibly fucking racist about "them smelly pakis" its hilarious XD)
