Chrome isn't nearly as friendly as Internet Explorer. Consider for a moment that everyone has used Internet Explorer as it is the default browser that comes with all Windows based computers (which composes of about 90% of all computers). Furthermore all ITs are trained on using Internet Explorer for similar reasons. In addition to the fact that there are some additional features IE has as it was produced by Microsoft that Chrome obvious wouldn't that allows it to be a better choice for IT management.

In other words, using Chrome over Internet Explorer would be counter-intuitive.

Going to try a couple of jokes here:
-Apparently Firefox is the best browser for penguin-on-penguin porn.
-Belarus uses Opera, you probably never heard of it, or the country for that matter.
-At least we now know those Nigerian princes have enough resources to email me through Firefox, so I can get their inheritannce.
-It is good to know all those Russian dashcam videos are being uploaded through Google Chrome (not really a joke, just a comment).

Actually yes. They teach a Digital Imagery class which uses iMovie for the entire class. I took a game creation class freshman year that used a program called Multi Media Fusion 2 for windows. I am in two more computer classes this year which are terrible. Photoshop and Web Construction. Both taught by the same teacher. The teacher can't teach and expects the student to read everything on there own and teach themselves. Meanwhile she tacks on extra requirements to projects that she didn't tell us about originally.

The Web class is retarded. Its in HTML and only HTML. I went above and beyond and used some CSS to work in a good layout. The fat teacher bitch that rolls around in her wheely computer chair docked points for it. She doesn't care about website layout. How any of the actual code is. She only adds and docks points for spelling and grammar. Great for an English class. Fucking terrible for a computer class. She requires students to bring in an article on technology every week. Must be from a paper cannot be from the internet. The bitch literally has learned nothing about computers for the past 20 years.

Pic related its how i feel everyday in my Web development class. Also because there is a java programming class with an AP subset to it that is taught by a really great teacher . But i can't take it because i don't think i can take both the AP and the Pre-Req in one year.

The problem with statistics like this is that really it's just a population density map. Where there are fewer people, there tend to be more technical uses of the internet and therefore better browsers whereas places like the US and China with huge populations that have unprecedented access to the internet tend to be noobs who use the first browser they get their claws on.
