You've got to use relativity, not e=m(c^2). The velocity of the bullet relative to the guy is going to be v = ((guy's velocity relative to stationary position)+(bullet's velocity relative to stationary position))/(1+(((guy's velocity relative to stationary position)*(bullet's velocity relative to stationary position))/(Speed of light ^ 2)))). As you approach the speed of light, the energy needed to reach the speed of light goes up asymptotically, so it would take an infinite amount of energy to reach the speed of light. Assuming that you were moving at speed c, and the bullet at speed c + delta(v), the bullet will move away at a rate (2c + delta(v))/(1 + ((c(c+delta(v)))/(c^2))). This can never be zero or negative, so it will move forward.
Only energy can move at the speed of light!
You just invented the Lazer gun!
You just invented the Lazer gun!
Since you are traveling faster than the bullet, you would surpass the bullet. Since you fired it in front of you, you would travel through it. Ipso facto, you just shot your self.
However, because you are traveling the speed of light, portable teletubbies would have eaten you long before now.

E=m(c^2) is extending this equation to account for a ton of particles in a confined area, like an atom, and you can determine the energy that would be released with that equation.
Anyone else who was planning on commenting upon this post with an answer, don't worry. BaconDeity and I have it covered.
WE GOT THIS.
WE GOT THIS.
E=MC^2 my friend.
By your picture, we can tell that you're not annihilated even thought you're traveling at the speed of light. So since you did not become pure energy, meaning that E is a very low number, then your M must be huge.
And if that's the case, you'll fuck up the universe my friend, hardcore. Don't even worry your little head about the bullet, worry about your mass being nearly infinite.
Also, the other guy who said that you'd basically shoot yourself, that would be true if there was a force acting upon yourself, like within an atmosphere. If you were in a vacuum, i don't know what would happen to the bullet, but there's physics that just says it's impossible, so don't worry about it.

Let's say you were able to hold everything together for this to work and nothing got ripped apart, then the bullet would leave the barrel of the gun at the speed of the bullet+the speed at which you were moving.
It has to do with inertia

besides you approach infanint width do you wouldnt really be "pearson shaped"

the gun would already be ripped from your grasp and if not it wouldn't fire anyways but nice effort

the bullet would either melt because of the friction from the air or the bullet would just go like you were still except a bullet speed faster than the of light idiots
you would reverse time and implode the universe. travelling at the speed of light is not possible
ok so its impossible to go the speed of light we all knw that. but if you are going lets say 99.999% the speed of light and you fire a bullet here is what would happen. when you speed up time slows down, so firing a bullet to the person with the gun it would look like they shot a gun, everything normal. but to people standing on the sidelines and the cart and everything passing them. they would see everything in slow motion.
