The word-starting caps are wrong enough, but the second letters caps are explainable if you ignore the poor placement of their fathers. Often you don't take your finger off the shift key fast enough if you're typing quick. I have this issue very often on my normally placed caps and it is a bit of a bitch.

Or it because he/she is typing on a phone and is holding the shift key too long then it goes to caps and then 2 letters are caps and person too lazy to remove.
