I've got a fair few Scottish friends on Xbox Live, and when they decide to put on a proper thick accent its fucking hilarious, even if I don't understand shit all of it.

I can talk perfectly eloquent when I want to. But most of the time with my friends I just speak normal. Which is indecipherable to most non-Scots.

I'd struggle so much in Scotland, its bad enough listening to thick Welsh accents where I live, not cause their hard to understand, but cause they sound so fucking stupid.
With something I couldn't understand I'd be lost, haha.

Dated a redheaded girl from Scotland once, I loved her accent, I remember her trying to explain certain words to me one time, one was what a 'scaffy' was and that's the only one that stuck. Scottish is still my favorite accent.
