Basically, two Australian radio presenters called the hospital Kate Middleton is in (she is pregnant) and pretended to be the Queen and Prince Charles by somehow pulling off the worst impressions of them ever.

So, a nurse put them through to another nurse... who told them all about her condition and such. There was a lot of controversy about this and the radio presenters eventually said sorry.

It looked like there was no harm done, really.
A few days later, however, it emerged that the nurse who answered the phone committed suicide. An inquest has been launched about it.
