i don't know how laws are on the other countries, but i belive you can only drive a new car without a licence plate for like 20-40 days, so i guess it's someone on a brand new car, this car seems rather new, being so, rather fast or some shit, so you don't got a douchbag, you got a inexperienced driver on a hurry, but still he should have taken more time parking, but i am just pointing it out

I purposely park extra close the drivers side of the car and wait...

when they come out asking wtf I'm doing, I give them the "seriously?" face and proceed to point out their bad parking and I'm just abiding by the rules and sticking withing the white lines.

Oh my God, at my apartments, there's a limit of room for one car in the parking lot per apartment (in studios that almost everybody has at least two people in) and there's already more cars than spots, then there's tons of people with their friends parking in the spots reserved for tenants, and after all this, there's still people parking diagonally and in the middle of the lines. I have so much inhuman rage when I see it. It's amazing I haven't committed murder yet. I instead just park just a few inches from their car door.
