But science has been wrong, so many times. I'm not saying most of the stuff we learn from it is, just that there's so much we don't know, and science, in our time won't be the answer to it all, in fact it's likely we'll never have the answers.

That's the point of science. It adjusts its views based on observation, whereas religion is the denial of observation so that faith can be preserved.
