Fucking poutine;

1) Fries: But not like those stank-ass Mcdonalds fries that are as salty as the fucking Atlantic. No, these are fucking good fries, thick and properly fried and shit.

2) Cheese curds: No it cannot be fucking shredded cheese, and don't you even try putting some fucking coloured chedder, that shit so nasty it makes me want to cry. This shit has got to be real.

3) Gravy: Not like your Thanksgiving dinner with your demented family gravy, no this has to be real gravy. Its gotta be thick, dark as the blackest night. That fucking gravy can't be runny at all, its gotta be fucking viscous.

Pour that shit all together and you got yourself some fine fucking Canadian cuisine right there.

I live in Montreal, I always thought poutine was only a Quebec thing. My cousin from Ontario visited one year and had no idea what it was. Nice to know it spread around a bit.

I envy you so much. My sister did a French emersion in Quebec and told me their poutine was unlike any she has ever had in her life. We might have it out here, but if what I hear is true, you guys still have the best. I will have to come try it someday, Québécois style.
