007 was a British agent, so, as you say, 2 from England, one from scotland and another from the UK (Britain) so, in total, that's 4, I repeat, 4 British actors playing a British agent.
We may include Ireland however you have not specified if the actor was born in Ireland or N. Ireland, if the latter is the case, then we can change our findings to a total of 5 British actors.
England, Scotland, Wales and N. Ireland make up Britain, to be British does not mean you are specifically English.

Go back to school, learn some Geography.

Pierce Brosnan was born in Navan, Co. Meath very close to where i live
So he's from R.O.I.

If they said it's born in Ireland, it means Ireland. The two countries are northern ireland and Ireland,

Nope. N.Ireland is part of the UK, but not part of Britain. Britain is just England, Wales and Scotland (and some islands everybody always forgets about).

Also, why were they all listed by country then Timothy Dalton was 'UK'....?

The UK isn't a country, srsly.

P.S. Dalton is from Wales.

P.P.S. Brosnan is from Ireland, yes. But from less than 30 miles from the Northern Irish border, so... so close to the UK who really cares?

And the Irish border is hugely important, I'd start body building before an RI national see's this and destroys you. Again, go back to school, learn some History.

The UK is a country. How can you say it isn't? It's the United Kingdom!

The UK is, as its name suggests, a kingdom.

It is made up out of different countries. You can't call something that is made up out of countries a country in its own right, that's just like calling Asia a country.

Ok my bad, I got that wrong.

And if I were to be really anal, Lazenby was born in '39.

Australia only became independent from British law and parliament as of 1986.

So, other side of the world, but almost. It's also likely that his parents were British immigrants so he'd have dual nationality.
