Diapers and politicians

Hmmm, so the politicians lie a lot and that's why they should be changed. Now, I don't understand how diapers have anything to do with that. This raises a lot of questions. Are diapers in fact living beings, capable of lying? Are these often poop smeared "things" actually living in our midst. Are the diapers known by humans hunted and eliminated before being put for sale? What does area 51 have to do with this?

What about those really old politicians?

The ones in diapers?

Do we change both?

Because babies and old people poop inside them?

Because they are getting too old and should retire?
