Actually they had a prophecy about, "Gods arriving from the sea on floating islands." and about how the Gods would have "beards and hair of fire" (redheads, gingers, etc.) and "sticks that breathe fire" or some **** like that.
Just look it up man. They treated the Spanish like Gods because these red-headed ************* looked a whole lot like the prophecies they had made in the past.

while the predictions are true, they were not mayan but aztec prophecies. The mayan civilization was almost completely gone when the spanish arrived in what is now mexico

I believe what you are referencing is the story of Quetzalcoatl's return (as heyhowsitgoin said), which is part of the Aztec (who were roughly 400 years after the end of the Mayan classical period) mythology

The history channel has shows like "Ancient Aliens" and such.
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maya_civilization#The_Maya_collapse. The Maya died out LONG before the Spanish arrived in modern day Mexico.
Also, what's that? *gasp* the Mayan Calendar is A ******* CIRCLE? The Maya had a way of measuring VERY long periods of time. After that it reset as circle often do.
I assume you only wanted me to gather proof so that you wouldn't have to face up to you being wrong as ****. Research your **** before acting like an asshole.

Your rebuttal was that you watch "Ancient Aliens", "Armageddon" is factual (which it isn't), the End of the World theory started because the Mayan calendar was a circle (which it didn't), and that since there is no evidence against it, the Maya were OBVIOUSLY trying to say that the world would end on 12-21-12 (which is the most ******** argument anyone could make). I end this with a final goodbye saying but three more things:

1. Research your **** before trying to prove someone wrong
2. Stop being 12
and last but certainly not least:
3. Do you even lift?

(P.S. I'm blocking you until you agree to #2)
