Solution. Using braces as exponential notation, and assuming the "x" between two nomials is meant as multiplication, as opposed to the correct notation of "·" (or a dot).
9x{^2233} + 1,687,389x{^1499} + 3x{^744} + 2
Things got messy there, so I could be wrong. I blame the OP who wrote this ass-backwards problem. I also had to assume "xx" was just x{^2} because of the lack of a space. You're welcome to check my answer.
