I unplugged my abs. Abs is ******* stupid. It has almost made Me wreck more times than I can count. I could drive a whole lot better when I unplugged that **** .

ESC and ASR (also TCS) stand in connection to your car´s ABS. The first two things mentioned influence your driving (check wikipedia for further info) while the ABS is there to avoid your tires from blocking in case of a full brake which allows to maintain more or less of the control of the car. With blocking tires you´ll be just going the way the car goes and you can´t change the direction. If you feel your ABS while driving, as you said without it you drive better, then I have to ask if you´re doing a full brake at every red light or if you want to slide by choice. Turning off the ABS is dangerous and incase of an upcoming crash it can save your life. Mind the difference.

My "Engine Service Light" has been on since I had a new engine put in a few months ago. I've had it looked at and each time they've said nothing's wrong with my car. So I don't give a **** what the lights say. I just drive my goddamn car and stop if something's feeling funny.

Ive been ignoring my check engine light for over a year because I already know that its a 900 dollar computer module that needs replacing but i just dont have the money for it.

a check engine light can come on for almost anything stupid down to the gas cap not being on tight enough. If you've ever worked in a mechanic shop, then you know how ridiculous the monitoring system is. If it's something serious, like say low oil pressure or a slow leak in a head or intake gasket, the damn thing won't come on, but god forbid you didn't reflash your car radio (GM 05 and up) after you removed it to get to something in the dash.

That's because when you do come on, Check Engine light, the day I take you to the autoshop, you turn off.

I'm seeing a lot of people complaining about ABS down there.

I have a 1998 Malibu and the ABS on there work just fine.

ABS? I learned that as the golden rule of arcade shooters. Always Be Shooting.
