Multiple reasons, two of them;
1; "wand free magic" (the kind you are reffering to) is a phenomenon that happens when an unexperienced wizard has all this magic potential, but no control over it. Harry didn't choose to make the glass disappear, he just had a strange, huge desire to let it free (also, making glass disappear is pretty simple, not at all as easy as killing one of the strongest sorcerers ever).
2; It takes a REALLY (like, Harry is not even /that/ good a wizard, he was just kind of the symbol of the rebellion since he was the only one who survived Voldemorts wrath) to use magic without a wand, because they grow dependent on wands.

3½ reasons.
1; All of the (known) timeturners were destroyed when the Ministry of Magic's Mystery department was destroyed (you know, when Sirius was killed).
2; You can't actually change the past. Future, present and past is one. If you see someone getting killed, that person will die no matter how hard you try to change it.
2½; Even if the Ministry had any timeturners, I do doubt they would give Harry one, since the Ministry was basically owned by Voldemort at the time.

All of the points you made are wrong. Let me explain why:
1. She has the one in the fourth movie, They could have gone all the way to the past but no, they just had to save the hawk horse and Sirius.
2. They saved the hawk horse. it got killed and they saw it. Therefore 2 out of 2½ of your points are down.
3. They would just simply steal a new one.

1. Refer to reason number 2. Hermione got a time turner to take extra classes. She was in multiple classes at once - not in one class, and then changed the past to be in a new one. It's really hard to explain.
2. In the books, they see the "hawk horse" die on a LONG distance. All they heard was the sound, and see the scythe fall. It never died, it just appeared as though it did. If I am wrong, please tell me how Harry saw himself on the other side of the lake casting the Patronus at the end of the same book/movie.
2½. Aye, but this point didn't really count. Also, they knew it wouldn't work. I mean, they understood the physics of the time turner (see point number 2).
