people hate on cops so much :/
my friend got arrested for punching his girlfriend in public and blamed to stupid cops for watching... it's like really people? yes there ARE bad cops. but alot of them are just people, good people. I live in one of those ****** ass neighbourhoods and they saved me from getting mugged atleast 3 times. I'm thankful for what they have done to improve my neighbourhood .

You know what I have to agree with you, not all cops are bad people. I was actually pulled over for the first time in July or so in a major city by two cop cars. I wasn't speeding but somehow I got on an illegal restricted road. The cops were actually pretty nice about it and didn't give me a citation or anything. I was surprised because it was on a very busy day, it looked like I was trying to find a shortcut to go to a major event going on. I was honest about it I got lost and they believed me.

But there are the bad ones. One time I was hit by a truck while riding a bicycle in a blind spot and a bitch women cop said me and the truck were both at fault for the accident when the guy was speeding. The law proved otherwise. Also, I have to say I don't like the traffic cops in the small town where I live. I see people pulled over on a far too frequent basis... and sometimes I see them sitting on their police bikes without any radar peeking around buildings and stuff. How is that legitimately catching speeders? At least radar gives some solid proof. Hey it looked like you where speeding!

Traffic accidents are the leading cause of death among cops.
And if you think they don't use the laptop, their department cellphone, their personal cellphone and their radio to talk to their friends, then you've clearly never worked as a cop.

When our county got a whole bunch of the Dodge Chargers added to the patrols I seen multiple cops doing burn outs and doughnuts, so actually, some due.
I'm not saying that I don't want them having this stuff, but some cops honestly shouldn't have the stuff because they are not super human computers, they are all unique and some act like douche bags while driving too.

And look at all of the crashed police cars you see... Oh wait, there aren't any because they aren't retarded 16 year olds that can't control the need to text.

No matter how much you or anyone bitches, if we didn't have police 99% of you faggots would be brutally murdered by me the second you prefixed a word with 'le.'

What in Davy Jones’ locker did ye just bark at me, ye scurvy bilgerat? I’ll have ye know I be the meanest cutthroat on the seven seas, and I’ve led numerous raids on fishing villages, and raped over 300 wenches. I be trained in hit-and-run pillaging and be the deadliest with a pistol of all the captains on the high seas. Ye be nothing to me but another source o’ swag. I’ll have yer guts for garters and keel haul ye like never been done before, hear me true. You think ye can hide behind your newfangled computing device? Think twice on that, scallywag. As we parley I be contacting my secret network o’ pirates across the sea and yer port is being tracked right now so ye better prepare for the typhoon, weevil. The kind o’ monsoon that’ll wipe ye off the map. You’re sharkbait, fool. I can sail anywhere, in any waters, and can kill ye in o’er seven hundred ways, and that be just with me hook and fist. Not only do I be top o’ the line with a cutlass, but I have an entire pirate fleet at my beck and call and I’ll damned sure use it all to wipe yer arse off o’ the world, ye dog. If only ye had had the foresight to know what devilish wrath your jibe was about to incur, ye might have belayed the comment. But ye couldn’t, ye didn’t, and now ye’ll pay the ultimate toll, you buffoon. I’ll **** fury all over ye and ye’ll drown in the depths o’ it. You’re fish food now

Except that they don't use those things while driving

Except for the radio, but even then, it's more or less a one way thing

Except for the fact that they don't use the stuff while driving, unless they are on the way to a call.
Meaning they will have their lights on, and you are supposed to be out of the way

You mean simply hearing a call on the radio? A cop should know his patrol route and yeah lap tops make it easier to write reports on what happened but there is no reason what so ever for there to be an exception to cellphone or laptop use while driving, THAT is why my property taxes are so high my friend
