It might be because the woman's nipples are used for something (breast feeding) which is a result of her using her other body parts (bow chica wow wow) That and maybe because the nipples are developed on a fetus before the gender is decided (for whatever reason) so men don't need nipples at all in the first place. Oh, or maybe it's because men work out their chests, and women usually don't so.. And maybe because little boys would be getting boners all over the place if boobies were allowed.
