But my point he calls her fake, which the comic then proves she isn't by her holding the actual FF3, but even if she was holding FF6 it wouldn't make her fake, is my point. Sorry if I didn't make that clear :/

Yes. The guy says he wants a gamer girl but when one presents herself he assumes she's a "fake" gamer and threats her like shit even though she was a real gamer (correct FF title or not). I think the Final Fantasy thing is just there to show that she was a "true" gamer.
