Personally, I'm pissed that Brad Pitt is in it, because let's face it, the movie is gonna be about him and not the zombies. And also, they run. Max Brooks mentions their mobility a lot in the books and they quite clearly, in his universe, cannot run.

Pissed, they made it into another zombie movie where they run. It could have been like a fictional documentary where the author goes around interviewing people, and then it could go showing their stories and what they went through, with lots of narrative cut-scenes.

They should have kept to the book's style of telling the story through multiple perspectives too. If it was accurate to the book they would have an awesome movie that really stands out from every other zombie film.

Never read the book, but from what I hear it is completely unrelated to the book except for the name.

As far as movies go, I think it looks awful. The way the zombies congregate and move in mass looks so bad.

he books are awesome, the movie looks like it will suck, it has nothing to do with the book.
