Beta as fuck
Used to be a good talkative person but one of my friends said i talk too much, after that i started to stop myself from talking unless necessary , which grow up to be not talking at all
now my conversations skills sucks , if i try to go to talk to someone i can't compose a phrase and end up with the usual boring stuff like " how are doing "
i wish i know where to start

That was me too.
Also, I was told I have an annoying laugh, which I guess it's kind of loud sometimes, but it seems normal enough. There are no weird pauses or squeaks and it's not a horse laugh or anything and I don't snort, but I was told it was annoying. Now, when I meet new people (which terrifies me now) I'm really quiet and the most I do is smile every now and then. I only talk and laugh around people I'm comfortable with, who happen to like my laugh. They say it's contagious and makes them feel good, so....fuck those rude people telling me I had an annoying laugh. However, most people seem to mistake my insecurities and social anxiety with me thinking I'm better than everyone else, so a lot of people dont like me at all at first because they think i refuse to talk to them rather than I'm scared to talk to them.

Hey I've been there too. I think I'm pretty much out of it though.
You kind of just have to not give a fuck if what you're saying is interesting or funny or anything. And for a while maybe you won't say anything too interesting. But so the fuck what? And eventually through not giving a fuck you will actually be able to talk naturally and your personality will show itself once again.
Don't worry bro, you can get back to how you were.

I almost never speak with anyone since all my friends have lives of their own. but when i do find the person who has something about them that actually makes me want to talk to them, i either insert myself into a conversation they're having if i have relevant input or, if i see them regularly in school or somewhere else i study them until i can come up with something to talk to them about.
