Kids childhood is ruined, even if he doesn't get made fun of he still wont be able to do the same things others can. Low self esteem, super self conscious. I doubt he'll loose the weight anytime soon, maybe in high/middle school. Parents are at fault for letting their child become that overweight and obese.
