The reason there are warnings now is because kids back then did try it.

Ok 1.This is from the 30s-50s not really a 90s thing plus they still show those on Cartoon Network once a day so even kids now are watching them don't try to make yourself seem special
and 2. maybe they added the "Dont try this at home" warning because people in the 90s were trying them at home

MFW the 90's

Kids where watching that show before your mother was a sperm cell.

And why do you think they say "don't try this at home" now?
Because kids DID fucking try it.

So if I was born in 99, I'm automatically not a retard and I have the best taste of music, types of girlfriends/boyfriends, and I'm a really nice person?

To be fair, there is a huge difference between a cartoon animal using a rocket as a joke to catch the roadrunner, and a guy that is actually risking his physical being by riding a rocket just for laughs.

And yes, I know this is a "professional" that is performing this stunt, but it's still a real person which kids are more impressionable by. Don't forget that Spongebob also rode a rocket to space and that episode didn't have a warning

First of all, these cartoons are far older than the 90s. Also, they still air episodes of this, with no "Don't try this at home." Not to mention the fact that shows often tell you not to try this at home because people DID try it at home.

They don't get it. PEOPLE ARE THAT STUPID.
They tell you 'don't try this at home' because somebody probably already did and hurt/killed themselves, and they don't want another million dollar lawsuit.

which is kinda funny, but still
