I'm not entirely sure, but I'm pretty positive the term is MOSTLY used for a guy who looks like a girl. A feminine figure with girl's clothes. Ya know, slightly wider hips, smooth skin, wide eyes, slender shoulders, ect. I suppose you could use it for a girl with a penis, because the term trap implies you think they're a typical girl, but then suddenly there's a penis. So a futa would probably fit under the term just as well. Same with the sex change, I guess, but I feel like if it were a good one, it wouldn't be so much a trap, and just a secret past.
