You can make anything look bad by making a compilation about the bad parts. For example make a compilation of why america sucks and have nothing but swag fags, drug addicts, fat people, and scene kids. When in fact america isn't like that at all, most Americans are decent, same with Japanese people. Just thought i'd throw in my 10 cents.

Pros:
- Education system
- Health care
- History and culture
- Anime everywhere
- Peaceful country overall
Cons:
- Weird (harmless) shit going on everywhere.
- Three different alphabets
- Earthquakes
I would still move to Japan if I had the chance.

If I remember correctly, the reason those girls had their panties down was because there was a problem with girls not wearing any to school. Because it's school policy, they all had to prove they were wearing some by having them down, then they'd pull them back up and begin the school day.
