If I remember, most places he drinks his piss are places where water is hard to get.

bear has a camera crew, medic team, etc. Les is his own camera man, medic, etc. Les actually sets his camera down on a tripod to film himself walking or climbing from a far and then goes back to get the camera and heads back to the direction he was walking or climbing or and he doesn't drink piss

yes and no, they get the training but they don't really do much unless they're draughted into full time forces, but seeing as they are the most elite special forces unit in the world, i'd imagine it's working.
