I'm fat, but I like to think I don't act like that. I've been trying to lose weight, and I've been eating better and what-not. I want to be treated with respect, not because of my body size but because I'm a human being. I'm trying, quazyjash, I am!

A lot of people make these posts and like to base their opinion on someone out of the majority. Sure I've met people who are 300+ pounds and think they are the shit and are basically annoying as fuck but I hate them because they are a shitty human being. I give everybody a chance before I hate them, skinny, short, gay, black, it doesn't matter I only hate shitty human beings, and there are a lot of them.

But I'm glad you're trying to lose weight, for health reasons of course. Who knows how many life changing human beings have died because they were overweight?

For years we have been told that "you are good enough the way you are" I call bullshit on that.
Regardless of our situation all of us should be trying to improve in any way we can, all the time. It doesn't matter if it is physical fitness or learning something new, we can always improve.

When you wake up in the morning, go for a jog.
Basically, this is fasting and your body has no carbs to burn for energy and so it burns fat instead. This isn't popular, because for people who have a lot of muscle and very little fat, the body tends to eat the muscle too, but for "fat" people, it should be fine.

I've never been in a position where I've had to work to only lose fat, but that is what my doctor said, when I asked him what the best way to lose fat is.
I wasn't at the doctor for any fitness related reason, I was there for the swine flu vaccination.

try sports like boxing, kickboxing, judo, etc. you don't have to fight but you'll lose weight immediately and gain muscles too. just sayin'.

Well that is good. But I'm talking about those girls and even guys that think just because their overweight that they should be treated with adoration. Even if they do not show any sign of wanting to change.

I really fucking hate when fat chicks are in your way and blame you for the fact they take up 5 times the space a normal human being does. I hate when they form goddamn strafe chains with other fat chicks and become human roadblocks.

it was just an example. You're missing the point I'm making, which is that girl who have a little fat on them (Not like the girl In the main post picture ugh) But mainly is that a lot of women out there aren't the skinny "perfect body" ones you see everywhere in media, and stuff. Also, the girl in the picture i posted is still way closer to what a real woman looks like then most depiction of women nowadays.
