meh, the dark knight series (batman) was interesting, mostly because it showed how a real life batman would have ended up.
In case you haven't read the DK batman series, in it batman is fucking crazy. He shoots people. In the face. For robbing an old lady walking down the road. The cops are after him cause he doesn't hesitate, he doesn't show mercy, he sees criminals and he kills them. The only reason the major badguy's survive is because the cops normally show up while batman has them incapacitated and is about to kill them, so he has to leave cause he isn't going to kill a cop.
