The Halo 4 killcams are always super buggy if the game has bad connection.
It's good that only like 3 game modes have them :)

I've seen it in Team slayer too.
Some dude spawned with a sniper. The game started and 2 people on their team starting firing at us with snipers on Ragnarok. We still had ours too.
He then proceeded to spawn with ordinance weapons such as an incinerator cannon in the next few matches.

Well I haven't encountered a single hacker. And i have over 4 days played.
You talk as if the game is full of them.
