i dont just wear plane boring cloths. right now im whereing black jeans that have been patched up with band patches/other patches, and a studded jacket.

What im saying is its not important. its fun but not important and you shouldnt judge someone on there lack of style

its a social construct that allows us to guess things about a person before we meet. thats the point. when you wear clothing you do it so that you can, as accurately as you can, represent yourself to other people without having to engage them. someone's lack of style is not necessarily a lack of agreeable personality but it does show a social barrier which people will pick up on.
