I think I can do you one better.

A kid in a camp I run stumbled on this earlier this year. Once the parts are together, you can't take them apart. Enlarge and see for yourself.

Take a longer than the whole gear and push it threw. Problem solved.

There's a hard stop in the middle. Nothing can be pushed through, nothing can be pulled out.

Simply cut the piece in half with a dremel. Either that or melt it.

Well, **** me then.

just use a wire and hook it into the slit on the red pieces and yank them out.
may take multiple tries though.

That is what we ended up doing in the end. Spilled a bit of blood though.

I remember having to get a kitchen knife to open those things.

Then how I couldn't stick them side by side because of how the material was out of shape.

when I was younger, I had the idea to stick another flat one on top and on bottom of this stack, giving me more leverage to pull them apart. It worked, but then I was stuck with two of these ************* ...

When I was in elementary school, I had a class every week for a few years called lego class, and it was an art cause there was like a lego enthusiast. There was also a club that you could go to during recess. So sick.
