At the top you can see the contact name is "dude", no one would save anyone in their contacts as dude, so it's obviously staged.

But if it were real, the guy wouldn't want to reveal the name of the guy. So either he could go through the trouble of blurring it or covering it with a black bar or he could just save it as a contact using any word for the name( like dude since it's the first thing he said) thus hiding the number
