I can't translate it to mean anything, they just sound like names.

First character is my mom's maiden last name. Technically it also means "thank you", but it's also a name.

Second character is really hard to make out since it's really blurry.

Third and fourth characters together sound like the English name "William" when you say it out loud.

I just know that it's definitely not picnic table, lol. But like I said, it's all really blurry, plus it's also reversed 'cause she took the picture in a mirror or something, so I had to flip it to try and read it.
