if you look at the top of the flag you see a poll and the flag is still fluttering around from being mooved

actually that was proven to be accurate. In a zero gravity, vacuumed space the flags movement will be unhindered and so there is no friction causing it to not move. What's actually cause for concern is the FLAGS SHADOW

which is opposite from everything else in the piciture

yes but not enough to completely stop the flag from moving for a period of time, even if there is no wind.

and gravity is different from atmosphere.
