I was with my gf visiting her family there and while there was like the slightest dusting of snow on the road I turned on the tv and there were semis and cars just flipping left and right on their highway and acting like it was the apocalypse. My parents only had 2 snow days their whole time of going to school. I only lived their for about 7 years and never had a snow day. It seems like all these other states get snow days just for a little bit of snow

yah generally we only had cold days, when it was too cold for the bus engines to start, snow was rarely a factor

You're comment is funny to me because our school official was from Minnesota, and he was really strict about snow days. We had an ice storm that made the buses slide into each other on the way to school, and they just gave allowances for those who were late.
