You're right, the guy in the pic was Cohagen in the movie I think, and he did die. Arnold's face did that but then the oxygen reached him and he lived.

I think David Tennant would be a good Riddler, Patton Oswalt (don't ask) as Penguin, Scarlet Johansson as Poison Ivy (admit it, you want it too) and maybe Robin Williams as Mad Hatter, which was planned for a fifth Batman film, obviously cancelled after the failure of the last one.
