I hate MLP, but honestly I think that's due to it being spammed like fack. I probably wouldn't mind it otherwise. I prefer the Twilight Saga. I think people mostly hate on it for the love story aspect of it. I like how the vampires are done, as if to bring the legend into the real world: Vampires can't go into the sun, not because they'd spontaneously combust, but because they'd sparkle and people would know they aren't human. Their aversion to garlic would come from their aversion to all human food, which tastes like dirt to them. Etc. I also like all the mental powers and action. Also, the side characters such as Alice, Jasper, Emmett, Rosalie Carlisle and Esme are really great characters. Just my opinion.

zxmongoose (11/20/2012) [-] MLP Twilight, because while I cannot say I'm a brony, I've seen the show before and it's at the very least mildly amusing, and I may very well watch more if I'm left with nothing else to do. Other Twilight I find to be a fairly poorly-directed movie with even poorer acting from a specific expressionless member *cough* Kristen Stewart *cough* and having read all four books, I can also say that the series is terribly written
