its funny cause most days Hamas fire a minimum of 30-70 rockets on Israel

Israel actually had to install IRON DOME, a missile interceptor system, to have some peace.

after a year or so of this Israel goes all out, and kills the leaders
they refuse to occupy or take over, and everything resets.

Those statistics are nice, but they ignore the cause.
Israel spends billions of dollars building bomb shelters, developing and applying systems like iron dome to protect its civilians, and in general keeping as many of its people safe as possible.
Hamas stockpiles weapons and sets up missile launch sites in densely populated areas, inside civilian buildings, in the hopes that Israel will kill civilians in self defense and help Hamas look like the oppressed underdog.
Knowing that, those numbers aren't very surprising.

I'm sorry, I don't see psychological, or property damage on that list.

And if you mention that death is much worse than either of those things, remember that if they had the technology to kill more effectively they would.

All Israelis live in constant fear, before they can go to college they are forced into the military.

If Palestinian extremists didn't fire missiles from schools and mosks, casualties will be much lower.

"remember that if they had the technology to kill more effectively they would. BUT THEY DONT!!! EVERYTHING Israel has, military wise, is funded by the USA.
-and yes killing people is much worse than property damage and psychological damage.

Taken at face value your statistics look nice, but The IDF demolishes STRUCTURES that are
1.being used as terror bases, bombs labs, weapons factories, weapons and ammunition warehouses, headquarters, offices etc
2. Built either in an illegal zone or unsafe
3.Forcing out an individual barricaded inside a house, which may be rigged with explosives, without risking soldiers' lives
4.Combat engineering, clearing a path for tanks and heavy armored personnel carriers
5. Destroying structures rigged with booby traps and explosives in order to prevent risk to soldiers and civilians

Do you believe that 24,813 Palestinian families were uprooted ?
Do you believe that sensible Palestinians want to have a family next to the militarized border?

This bias is insane. Yes i am sure that not all 100% of demolitions were necessary, but I'm am positive that more than half were, and that they did save Israeli lives.

The subsequent economic blockade imposed upon the Strip by the Israeli government at one stage prevented the residents of Gaza from importing, among other things, coriander, ginger, nutmeg and, even, newspapers.
Most international lawyers, as well as the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), consider the blockade to be illegal under international humanitarian law;

your psychological damage: One in five children in Gaza suffers from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), according to the award-winning Palestinian psychiatrist Dr Eyad El-Sarraj. (More than half of Gaza's residents, incidentally, are under the age of 18.)

This is the last time i reply to you, as I believe that you are either trying to counter my arguments or trolling me.

The reason for the blockade is to stop weapons smuggling as well as drug trafficking. It would be a horrible situation for Israel if missile sites were set up in Gaza.

As for the psychology bit, it could be true, but I would be remiss if I didn't say I would assume that a Palestinian Doctor would have Bias.

Here is an article about Israeli children with PTSD because they are in Gaza rocket range. www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-middle-east-20390968

I will not reply
Consider your arguments from both sides.

Are you dense? Do you want him to blindly accept your statements as factual? I hope you've grown a brain since 2012, buddy.

Then why isn't food, water, and other essential needs for living not allowed in Gaza?
The Freedom Flotilla carrying aid and supplies needed for the Gazans was raided and looted and some activists were even killed by Israeli commandos.

And of course it's a Palestinian doctor. Someone who is IN Gaza and knows what is going on. Who would you want telling that story? A doctor in China, or the US, or someone not living in Gaza OR someone who actually sees these things with his own eyes?
oh and for your PTSD. the article stated "Some parents in southern Israel say the constant sound of rocket fire means their children are showing signs of post-traumatic stress."

key word: Some
which is not a specific number. and 1/5 of Gazas 1.6 million population is about 320,000. im pretty sure 320,000 is more than "some"

Don't forget that Hamas launches the rockets from civilian buildings, hoping that when Israel retaliates they'll hit civilians and improve Hamas' image as the oppressed underdog.
