Random people random setting. Someone coughs, so maybe they are the sick one? NOPE person three feet away starts having seizures.
Cut to House ridiculing his team, looking over patient dossiers. Cuddy comes n with another dossier says "Boring Detail." House replies with "That's boring." Cuddy says "Interesting complication." House smiles takes the case.
The Crew interviews the patient gets to know them and the situation. Some family arrives and some moral quandry is brought up. Foreman searches the patient's home. Chase flirts with whoever he assigned to do labwork with. House stares into space doing random shit like bouncing his ball or pranking Wilson. Cuddy comes in and yells at House for skipping clinic duty.

Next day everyone gathers in and yells about what to do. House watches and keeps the conversation going with insults and comments about who is wearing the same clothing as the day before. "It's lupus." "It's never lupus." "He's lying!" "He's not lying!" "Everybody lies!" They try a treatment and then meet up again because the treatment takes a while to work.

BEEP BEEP MOTHERFUCKERS everyone' pagers go off! Patient is having super bad symptoms either seizures or hallucinations. House is like "interesting." He finally meets patient. Patient is all "Are you Dr. House?" "No I'm the fucking toothfairy you wanker!" House goes back to his house and plays guitar or stares into space all depressed and shit.

Next day House is doing clinic duty. Random patient thinks they have something but don't. House makes fun of them and is about to give real diagnosis when he tilts his head and opens his eyes wide.

House runs to patient's room and gives actual diagnosis. Patient lives, but the moral quandry returns and at least one person ends up crying or hating House or both.

House and Wilson go out for a drink.
