I really REALLY like snake in both MGS1 and MGS2, so much so, that I have a really hard time believing that it really is snake in MGS4. He seems so perfect/funny in the previous games.

I pretend mgs4 didn't ever exist kind of like how hardcore DBZ fans pretend DBGT doesn't exist. however, in my personal opinion, old Big Boss, willl be fucking epic. He looks old, but not winy, nor complainy. He just looks old and bad ass, kind of like how ezio was when he got into his fifties.

dude Old Snake is awseome. MGS4 is fucking awesome, the best MGS in my opinion. all that old snake thing is truly sad and awesome.

MGS4 didn't have a big sneaking element to it not like 1 or 2. I don't think old snake is good at all, It doesn't work with his character at all, it's like he is 2 different people.

all the game is is sneaking... yeah it had some intense action but all the games had a little of that. w/e solid snake is awesome regardless.

I disagree, you had enough weapons and ammo in 4 to basically go on alert mode the entire levels, it was like third person COD. in mgs 1 and 2, you had so little weapons/ ammo that it forced you to take a peaceful route, or just kill them by choking or something. Not only that, but your weapons don't trigger alerts because you are in a war zone in 4.

it's only realistic to have ammo on a battlefield. The game rewarded you for being sneaky and that is more emphasized now that there are trophies. And you very much trigger alerts when you fire your weapon. play on boss difficulty and having an alerts will screw you over.

Sure it may be more realistic, but it takes away the gameplay that I learned to love. Thinking up strategies to get through complex guard routs vs. tranq-ing every person be they friend or foe.

Have you played the revengeance demo? its fucking awesome. not only awesome IT HAS FUCKING EASTER EGGS . I LOVE EASTER EGGS.

NO i have not played the demo yet...I wanted to buy ZoE HD Edition just for that but have not done it yet.

I never played ZOE and it is mother fucking great. It's alot like custom robo as the whole game is anime styled. I won't be posting any spoilers about the demo but I assumed that It would be just raiden in a tiny world with things you are able to cut. HOWEVER, it's a full legnth level, and a full legnth boss fight. AND a VR training thing with cool stuff hidden.
