Depending on the bulb the wattage won't make enough heat. The Helicopter will age just like a normal one would. The prius's bumper is vanished and sealed just as a bunper would be painted and sealed.

i figured the carton is thin plastic, and any light bulb that NEEDS to be dimmed is bright enough to melt it. The helicopter has no doors, and well maintained copters are covered and have doors. Idk about the wooden bumper, doesn't look sealed to me.

There's no point in explaining any further. Yes It's great that they can use it to figure out where the enemy is... but you said said that if they didn't know, they would have never done it in the first place.
