I'm not super concerned about abs. For one, my lower back already flares up early into crunches. However, I barely ever do crunches anymore because they can degenerate the cartilage between your lower vertebrates. I'm not saying the effects are instantaneous, but if I'm already having problems with my lower back (likely from wrestling -- I really got hurt off a bad neck bump two years ago) there's no reason to aggravate them. There's tons of routines I can do for my abs that don't put strain on my lower back, like woodchoppers -- that's the only name I know for them, anyway.

Personally, as far as my ideal physique, I aspire to be like Daniel Bryan (left). He came into WWE pretty ******* small, but put on 20-30 pounds of mass after his first year-and-a-half. He's not ridiculously cut (his abs aren't even as defined as they look in the photo), but he's certainly diesel and, more importantly to a man who's had a few ****** health issues over the past couple years, he's feeling healthy. I want performance like he has rather than looking outright ripped.

Flavorless pretzels ruin that snack for me. ******* cheap, useless filler is what they are.

You can have the munchies and have a sixpack etc. at the same time. Just get 10% or less in fat percentage. Exercise regurlarly and don't eat for 3 people. What the **** . Just eat one portion man.

I don't like munchies personally.

Pizza, however.

I've never had those before, but if it's just talking about junk food in general, there's no reason you can't have both.
