you need gas-propellers on it but the fins and tail can be useful you have gas-propellers on main body for acceleration and on tail and fins for movement. the sharks "pointy" shape allows it to move at a stable speed for when it comes into the atmosphere, for then slowly decrease speed for lower friction.
