He beat this guy mercilessly, stunned him, and had several other officers restrain him. This led to the man's death two days later. The man was mentally disabled and had done nothing to deserve the beating.

And the officer gets four years in prison?

So an officer beats up a mentally disabled (and unarmed) person without warning, covers it up, and is only charged with assault and not murder, therefore only getting a 4 yr prison sentence... WTF is wrong with justice, it's almost like beating a child (a big child) to death. And people get life sentences with less evidence

and yes I laughed before giving thought about the situation
