My best friend's older brother told me that when you're a bad kid, Santa comes down your chimney and chops your head off with an axe. I was like 5 or 6. I remember being enough of a Santa fanboy that I didn't believe him, but the concept still freaked the shit out of me.
I think that guy was admitted into a mental institution or went to jail later on or something.
